背景：尚无措施能够降低心脏外科患者急性肾损伤的风险。

IMPORTANCENointerventionshaveyetbeenidentifiedtoreducetheriskofacutekidneyinjuryinthesettingofcardiacsurgery.

目的：验证远处缺血预处理能否降低接受心脏外科手术患者急性肾损伤的风险及其严重程度。

OBJECTIVETodeterminewhetherremoteischemicpreconditioningreducestherateandseverityofacutekidneyinjuryinpatientsundergoingcardiacsurgery.

设计：这项多中心临床试验于20年8月至年6月在德国的4家医院进行，根据ClevelandClinicFoundation评分大于等于6分，共有名AKI高危患者入选。我们将患者随机分为远处缺血预处理组或假预处理组（对照组）。所有患者均完成术后0天随访，且根据意向治疗分析原则进行数据分析。
